When I found another player I have huge ping, and i can't play with my friend because this, how to lower my ping, because with ping this game is unplayable.

There are server issues because the game was just lunched. As the developers said, there will be updates and patches to fix those issues in the near weeks.

Hope the developers will fix the lags quickly I really like this game so far.
