U can try to install the game from the download launcher : www.gog.com/downloader

9thDream: Hey y'all got mine to work by downloading the install files from the GOG site, NOT GOG Galaxy. Just download and install the old fashioned way.

Hello I use the 3 parts from the classic installers. This time the installation work well and after I close the game for the first time, the cloud sync activate.

Log on your gog account.
Select your game list
Move the mouse over Absolver and clic on the down arrow , then "view downloads"
The 3 installer's parts will appear like in the attached pictures

Download the 3 parts and execute the executable.

That's all.

Same here. I also downloaded via classic downloader in 3 parts, but I didn't get the pre order bonus equipment. Also when downloading backup game and DLC seperately, base game downloads just fine, but the DLC continuously fails to do so.

I have the same pb with the DLC. I guess it will be fixed later.

If the DLC is shown for your account, everything should be fine. You could try to refresh your account an logout/login to see if it works afterwards.

If the DLC is not shown for your accout, you have to contact the support to fix it for you.
