Cross-posting this from the broken achievements thread, since at the time of writing there's an issue with getting the Galaxy achievements working:
A Night at the Watermill does have working Galaxy achievements, however the Galaxy files are in the wrong directory from the default installation. You need to go to the game's directory \A Night at the Watermill\game\ and move GalaxyConfig.json to the base directory \A Night at the Watermill\ and move Galaxy64.dll to \A Night at the Watermill\lib\py3-windows-x86_64\
