my game keeps telling me that "your patch doesn't fit with your version of the game" or something like that. the patch is from mangagamer, I set it up correctly. this is driving me nuts im on windows. if anybody could give me advice id love that.

Did you redownload the game from here for the a kiss for the petals maidens of michael version 2.3
And then tried getting the adult patch from mangagamer adult section where you need an account to download it and extract it to C:\GOG Games\A Kiss for the Petals - Maidens of Michael\game (or where ever you have the game installed)
When you moved the adult patch and run the game exe there is an extra option you need to turn on to have adult content.
You can extract the files with 7zip or rar if you have it

When you have the game installed, there is a readme in GOG Galaxy\Games\A Kiss for the Petals - Maidens of Michael\game. There the process to install the patch is described, too. Works for me with ver. 2.3 .
