Is it only the base game OST, or does it include current and future DLC OSTs?

The OST only includes the base game songs, the B-Sides OST is steam exclusive (I can't find it anywhere else).

I've contacted Gears for breakfast about this but never received an answer if the b-sides will make their way here.

I heard that on the steam store page, wanted to make sure if was the same deal on GOG and that answers my question.

Checked, and you need the game on Steam to purchase the B-Side. Shitty.
