Installed it and don't see anything new in my game.

Are you sure its correctly installed? Seal the deal added a new logo and a button for the main menu and a co-op button in the ingame menu for me.

Is the installer just a single file or am I missing something?

Try right clicking the Game > Manage Installation > Verify/Repair
This should force the game to update with the new DLC.

Found an answer in another thread.
" Saggitarius: The install files got an update, so I guess the DLC-files are included and the 5 MB thing is only an activation file. "
Just reinstalled with the new files and it's working.
