We are aware that there is an issue with being able to run the Multiverse. Runing it will cause users to hang up on a grey screen instead of the loading screen.


As of right now, we have a fix in the works and will try to have this fix in as as possible (hopefully this weekend) .

However, there is a current workaround:
- Launch Galaxy
- log off of Galaxy before launching the game
- you wont have access to the multiplayer, but the metaverse should work just right

Aaand it works. Thanks, PG_Ren! By the way, any plans to add other 4 factions to the multiverse thingy?

This allows you to get into the Metaverse map, but the game freezes on transition from battle map back to the main map (well it doesn't freeze per say, just ... Black screens) Replicated it 3 times now.

Speaking of, are there any plans of adding the remaining 4 factions as playable to the metaverse?

Confirmed, yeah the workaround only gets you into the multiverse map, but then fails. We're still working on a fix and hopefully get something by Monday.

Hello. I have a question. Can you integrate the video of the multiverse tutorial in the game without need of past by youtube for those who have small internet connection as was the case of other small videos of the manual. Thank you

It's only SP, and currently only runs offline to an extent :-P

I don't go online for single player.
And I don't want to use clients.

Hey Lukin86,

I'll bring it up with the team, however I can't really promise that we can make that change soon. Essentially posting the video on youtube was just a much more of a time/space saver. I'll keep you updated here, if we decide to move on it.
