That looks amazing. I had the impression that the so-called fantasy faction would be a new DLC for Armies. Honestly, I prefer it that way, not very fond of dragons vs. tanks (unless they're dwarven-made and steam-powered :-p).
I hope this one comes with LAN-support from day 1, my wife would be raving mad about it.
EDIT: also, can we expect 8-Bit Space Hordes *wink wink nudge nudge* in a not so distant future?

On the 8-Bit Hordes Facbook page and the corresponding Steam page it is mentioned that the game will be cross-compatible with the original 8-Bit Armies, making matches with Dragons vs. Tanks possible. Something I always wanted since I saw that wizard in the main menu!

A-a-a-and here we have the second trailer. So far as Ren said, it will be coming, but at later date so that would have needed features at launch (i.e. not repeating the whole "no LAN" thing).

Sorry for the delay and thanks Dition for keeping tabs via the Discord. Here is the official news:
- As of this post the 8 Bit Hordes should be available on GOG.
- GOG users will also receive the 67% discount, if they own 8 Bit Armies
-- Click on 8-bit Armies in your Library, it should show you a cord for Hordes (See Image)
-- Apply that code on Hordes at checkout
Also, make sure you update Armies and run it once, in order to be able to unlock all 4 factions for use in or Multiplayer/Skirmish.
Also, I'll be responding here and on the Hordes forum as well.

There is no field for any code during checkout.

Well, two dumb questions : isn't it possible to change game language ? (I can't find any language option) And isn't it possible to change our name for the campaign, like 8-bit armies ? (it would be nice to have this possibility :P)
