Is this collection one single game with something like menu or it is some separate games ?

These are all separate games, in both Collection #1 and #2. They're just bundles with better price than buying all games one by one.

Sometimes GOG bundles give you additional Extras (indendent or mistake). This one is just a bundle. Also, installes always separate for GOG (cause they make GOG Galaxy builds as default ones).
