I discovered this game when I first got Windows 98. There may have been better racing games at the time, but I loved the soundtrack and the videos when you won or lost a race. Many years later I found out that the game had been designed for the 3DO, that's when I discovered that forgotten console.

This was one of my most favorite PC games as a kid! I remember getting it at Costco for like $8 (thanks to my parents, of course) and between the intro cinematic's gunning of the engines, the dumb FMV cutscenes, and a killer soundtrack, I was hooked. I have a deep association between this game and Third Eye Blind's Self-Titled. Mainly because it was the first time I found out how to play music from my computer within a game that was running.
I've been looking everywhere on Steam to find a game that recreates this, for lack of having the original, i did find some games that have the same concept, but without online, and i'm here thinking, why can't we have a new Road Rash or similar game with online? wouldn't this be hilarious with friends ?? COME ON, let's bring back the original on GOG !

Can't imagine a childhood that did not contain slugging it out on Rat Bikes, kicking every opponent down, stealing chains and escaping from the police. The movies were the big-fat-cherry cherry on the icing. Easily #1 on list of games that need to make a nitro-speed comeback. Easy winner, particularly the '94 edition.

This is the game that made me fall in love with motorcycles. I played it when I was a kid and instantly fell in love with the ridiculousness of just whacking people off of their motorcycles. Would love to see this gem on here

I only played the PS1 version and I don't know if the 3DO release is any different. But the original is unplayable on PC. Because that reason is, the game is f@#king old. Sheesh. I hope Nightdive could remaster it, but since they're busy remastering System Shock 2 and SiN Remaster, I think my only hope is GOG. Played it with an Emulator recently and it's....not great. The menu is capped at 2-6FPS, WTF?! So yeah, I have to move it SLOWLY.

One of the games I've played the most in my life. Every race is a different story to tell. But re-releasing the game as it was is practically impossible, I think. EA will never want to pay royalties for the music. Even the Mega Drive games had the original music removed when re-released on EA Replay (PSP)...
The game that defined an entire generation! This was an absolute gem back in the early 2000s when computers were running in the XPs and 98. It’s a shame it’s not available on platforms like GOG yet; nostalgia alone makes it a game worth playing again.
Believe it or not, but I would actually pay a Genuine 100$ "US" for a remaster not a remake, as long as it will be guaranteed to deliver the same everything AGAIN! ,not paying for any in game purchases/cosmetics or anything like that though, you all know what I'm talking about....
Those games also need your vote!

Need for Speed: Underground 2
Need for Speed: Underground 2Need For Speed Underground 2 takes place in Bayview after the events of Need for Speed: Underground. The prologue begins with the player driving in a Nissan Skyline R34 in Olympic City (though the racing scenes are actually in Bayview), the setting of NFS:UG. He then receives a race challenge from a rather ominous personality who offers him a spot on his crew, but "won't take 'no' for an answer." The player races off — despite Samantha's warnings — only to be ambushed by a mysterious driver in a rage that totals his Skyline. The driver, who has a unique scythe tattoo, makes a call confirming the accident, and the flashback fades out.
