All Monster Hunter games are similar. However, MHTri and MH3U are special because they are the only ones that feature underwater combat. Unfortunately, neither of these games is available on current platforms, making it nearly impossible to play them legally and safely today. It would be really great if MH3U were available on modern devices. MHTri was my first Monster Hunter, and I truly want its legacy, as well as MH3U’s, to be preserved the right way.
"The first time I heard about Monster Hunter was in its third installment for the Wii console. The experience was quite simple because I didn’t want the game itself, but rather the controller. In America, they released a game set with a Super Nintendo-style controller, but in my mind, all I was thinking about was using the controller for other games But the moment I put the game in and the cinematic started with the game’s introduction, it hooked me. As I began playing, I got hooked on facing colossal monsters, essentially with what could be called a stick, improving through the falls and seeing the monster's characteristics. It was an incredible feeling, and I wish I could relive that first time I played this beautiful game."

Honestly, the only way modern players can try the underwater mechanic, one of the best mh games ever released and a true nostalgia piece. As a monster hunter fan myself, i would recomend to at least try this or mh4u if u want to try an "og" mh game.

The third generation of Monster Hunter was such an important time for the series, Capcom and the Monster Hunter team innovated so much in terms of map and monster design and the effects are still felt throughout the series to this day. I think that it would be incredible for players of the newer games to be able to experience the 3rd generation of Monster Hunter, especially since right now, there's no easy way to play these games, unlike MHGU and the two fifth generation games, there is no way to legally play them on modern hardware. Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate is such an important game for the series but also for me personally, such a beautiful experience with incredible musical compositions, map designs, art, monsters, weapons and an overall good time with that old sense of wonder that you'd feel when booting up a game for the first time.
My predilct game mh ,brachidos and abisal amazing, i can end all game ando engoy custom builds, hunt the plesiont un the water really my favorte mh portátil game ever
The game that means so much to my, the acuatic combat was really good (when you're not playing the 3DS version XD), the charismatic monsters like Dire Miralis, Abbysal Lagiacrus, Gobul, Nibelsnarf, Hollowed Jhen Mohran, Rust Duramboros and many others that are closed on this game and they didn't deserve that fate, they have their rights to shine once again and I'll fight to see this game on GOG and preserve the legacy of MH
The first monster hunter I played, so many hours, and the funny part is that I found it on a pawn shop, but was really a discovery, this game made my r1 button don't work on my old 3ds
Water combat was so fun and had such an amazing and special atmosphere to it wich would be way better with the right stick of modern controllers, I used to play it in a 3DS The Deserted Island map is so cool and beautiful in its underwater zones and the Flooded Forest had such a cozy beautiful nice aura with its rainforest vibes, loved this game, also amazing fights like Gobul, Royal Ludroth and Lagiacrus, sadly Gobul is one of the few monsters that never got to future games and stayed in 3 Ultimate like Qurupeco and Gigginox
Those games also need your vote!

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight PrincessThe Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess was initially developed with the Nintendo GameCube in mind, but ended up receiving a Wii port when it was released to promote the new console. This version has motion control compatibility for the sword and pointer controls for the menus, the bow and the boomerang. This version of the game has a completely inverted map and locations when comparing with the GameCube release. The change in layout was meant to adapt Link's usually left-handed design to right-handed people, given the motion controls.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight PrincessThe Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess is the last Zelda game for GameCube, it was highly anticipated by many members of the gaming community and was regarded as finally fulfilling the dreams of those who wanted a much more realistic and mature game than the ones before. The art is similar to the naturalistic style of Ocarina of Time, rather than the cel-shaded look of The Wind Waker. The main adventure takes place in several provinces with dungeons and temples. New to this game is the ability for Link to transform into a Wolf when entering the Twilight. As a wolf, Link can use his senses to solve puzzles and get past obstacles, he can also dig holes to find hearts and rupees. Twilight Princess has received universal acclaim from reviewers and journalists, who cited it as the greatest Zelda game of all time.

Fatal Frame
Fatal FrameFatal Frame is the first game of the Fatal Frame series, introducing the franchise's unique premise of fighting ghosts with a special camera. Fatal Frame was the first to introduce the innovative use of an old-style camera as the primary weapon. In addition to navigating the main characters around the mansion grounds, players are able to enter Viewfinder Mode, where the camera is raised and the view changes to that of the camera's frame. In viewfinder mode the player is able to snap photographs of ghosts, both violent and benign, which is the main method of progressing through the game. Items are also available, some being consumable and most being key items needed to unlock doors, complete tasks or solve puzzles. Puzzles are encountered frequently in the game, some being based on the same concept but becoming progressively more difficult. The varying difficulty settings of the game (Easy, Normal, Hard, Nightmare, or Fatal (Xbox only)) determine the amount of consumable items scattered throughout the mansion and how formidable the enemies are. The main horror aspect of the game is, undoubtedly, the ghosts. The mechanics programmed for the ghosts allow them to float ethereally through the air, walls and floors, and even teleport, allowing them many ways to attack the player. The ghosts' appearances are usually inspired by their deaths or by Japanese stigmas of horror, which, some argue, are particularily chilling. The game, depending on which console it is played on, offers two endings. Upon completion of the game, a ranking is given based on total time taken, points accumulated and other categories. The player is also given rewards and unlockables, such as alternate costumes and camera functions, depending on what difficulty was beaten, how much of the Ghost List was completed and other criteria. Beating the game also unlocks Battle Mode, where the player is faced with fighting specific ghosts, and is rewarded with points towards purchasing unlockables. An option is also given where the game can be replayed with all equipment, upgrades and unlockables carried over.
