Story:In the year 1989, a simple window cleaner is working outside of a skyscraper. Intending to play a prank on his angry boss, the unlikely hero discovers a secret passage leading to a time machine along with mysterious alien documents. Operating the device transports the protagonist to the year 1304, where he is given a seemingly ordinary task of rescuing a lady in danger. However, he soon finds out about a much more.

Future Wars is an early adventure from Delphine my friend and I used to play together back on the Amiga. Maybe not the best game but the pixelhunting was real fun.
this is the only game that i never had experienced it. also, in any platforms i visited, it never got re-released. especially since that game was done by the same team who did heart of darkness.
This is a top 10 all time game for me. The story is great top 3 all time the gameplay is actually diversified and it's close to a perfect game for me.
I played it on Amiga500 and it was the first game where the story as a main focus was enganging by itself. The first time i realized how good and emersive a game can even be.
I always hoped this game would be rereleased or even remade you could make an great adventure with this story combining many different gamplay styles (shooter, puzzle, jump and run, point and click).

Dune II: The Building of a DynastyDune II is often considered the first mainstream modern real-time strategy game and established many conventions of the genre. Even though set in Frank Herbert's famous Dune universe, the game is only loosely connected to the plot of any of the books or the films based from them. Controlling either of the three Houses, the player must fight a number of battles against the other Houses. In the early levels, the goal is simply to earn a certain number of credits, while in the later missions, all enemies must be destroyed.
The single resource in the game is the Spice, which must be collected by harvesters. The spice is converted to credits in a refinery, which are then spent to construct additional buildings and units. There are two terrain types: buildings can only be constructed on stone, while the Spice is only found on sand. However, units moving on sand attract the large sandworms of Dune, who are virtually indestructible and can swallow even large units whole. As levels progress, new and more advanced buildings and units are made available, including structures like a radar station, a repair facility or defense turrets and, for units, various ground troops, light vehicles and tanks. Each House can construct one unique special unit, and, after building a palace improvement, can unleash a unique palace effect.Science fiction
