DT2-2 as well as DT2, presentation aside, easily wrestle with the best of the genre easily from a mechanical perspective.
These entries don't need to hide behind the likes of SMT:SJ or Etrian Odyssey, which speaks for itself.
Due to the steam ban only obscure store fronts are currently available. Further, DT2 is otherwise locked behind Vita exclusivity while DT2-2 is entirely unavailable in English full stop, outside of its recent PC release.
I'd pick up a DRM copy of these in a heartbeat.
This the holy grail of dungeon crawlers for me! 💕 💓 Dungeon Travelers 2 is a fantastic game, one of the very best in the genre. From the battle system, classes, characters, art, and dungeons - everything is par excellence.
