The IGN live stream was the PC version all the setting were max apart from AA at medium and light shafts was off, they kept hair works off because it kills FPS.
Now I wasn't that impressed with how the game looked, and if found it very hard to tell the difference between that and the PS4 footage.
My GPU is from 2011 and the PS4 when ever it came out was out dated the PS4 is 30% slower then my GPU from 2011...the Xbox One is even weaker then that.
The whole thing is CDPR built the game with the weakest platform as the benchmark, they have one build for all 3 platforms it has to work on the weakest one there's no 2 ways about it.
If it had been built for PC like say the witcher 2 for example, the console versions had to be cut down to be able to run on Xbox and PS3 because they couldn't handle the graphics and I can't see why that wasn't done again.
Nitpicking about what year I said the PS 4 came out really doesn't matter the fact it came out a year later then I thought actually makes it worse as it was 2 years newer then my GPU and still slower.
Still think they should have gone all witcher 2 on the game and made the console users have a cut down version but some people are still insisting that the PC version looks 10x better I just haven't seen it maybe because i'm looked at 1080pvs 1080p and not 1080p(console) vs 4k(PC).
True enough, but I don't get why people is still complaining. The game looks awesome, and I'm pretty sure that next year the devs will release the Enhanced Edition, with better graphics and all that stuff.
