Hickory: Did you even bother reading or watching the video? The expansion pass is your ticket to the DLCs, and it has been available, as I said, for ages (end Nov, beginning Dec last year!). If you buy it (which you can do NOW), you can download Hearts of Stone immediately, and you will be able to download Blood and Wine as soon as it is released. Please keep up.
Nemesis44UK: Did you even bother reading the email? It says the expansion pass has 30 hours of gameplay and is out now, with a 15% discount. Neither of which is currently true. It isn't discounted and there isn't 30 hours of gameplay at the moment.
Yes, you can PRE-ORDER the expansion pass and you get Hearts of Stone now, which is 10 hours. The wording of the email is very misleading. The expansion pass has been out for months and months, so why send an email saying 30 hours of adventure - out now with 15% discount?
It's wrong and misleading - especially when a closer look on GOG now reveals that the release date is actually stated as H1, 2016 - so it could be as late as June 30th.
On a personal note - you don't need to jump all over people when you reply. Tone isn't conveyed very well in text, so if my reply came off as anything other than puzzled, it wasn't meant to be. You really don't have to be a dick about it.
I've been here for five years, yet my post count isn't in triple figures - I try not to interact with gamers as they're so busy showing how l33t they are with their snippy little comments, it's very difficult to have an adult conversation with them.
I make it a rule to not say anything on the internet that I wouldn't say to people's faces. Maybe you should too?
First, why would I read an email that I have never received? Second, the expansion pass has NO hours of game play. It is a pass, not a DLC. Which part of that do you not get? It is not wrong; it is not misleading; you simply just don't get it. Lastly, on your personal note, so you're a sensitive twit... I get it, now please leave the room.
