Hi, first time using the forums here, so sorry if I do something wrong.
Anyway, I'm currently looking at buying the game so I can finish the series off (and replay it again probably). I can buy it either on Steam or here (I don't want to use the grey market for this game).
The thing that's confusing me is that the game on Steam is $60 USD, coming to about $80 AUD, while the game on GoG is $68.80 USD (using the site's price setting), and comes to 89.99 AUD.
So my question is, why does the GoG version have regional pricing (I know it's "technically" off-set by store credit bonus, but it's not the same), yet the Steam version does not? I would very much prefer the DRM free version out of principle, and I'm given to understand that CDPR and GoG are linked somehow so more direct funding for them, but the 8-10 dollar gap is a bit confusing.
P.S. Sorry if I answer a bit late. Was gonna download it overnight tonight and left it a bit late.
