Astalano: Spoilers:
So, I have the nekker hearts and eyes as well as the pig hearts and eyes, but the wraith seems to have disappeared. Can anyone help me with this?
Did the boards on the floor in the room where you fought the first two wraiths break open when you return allowing you easy access to the wraiths room? He doesn't appear if you skip that room (yeah, you *can* skip the room) and walk all the way back. If it did, then I'd say you got a bug.
Equlan: I'm not sure if my bug is the same or a different one.
I fight the nekkers outside the ruin, then proceed downstairs. There I see the wraith and followi it in to some room... and nothing happens, and I can't leave it either.
My questlog doesn't update from "defeat the nekkers" before I enter the ruins, should it do that?
Is that the same error you're experiencing?
The quest log will not update until you go further in. You need to loot everything in each room. This will make the Ghosts haunting mad and attack you. Defeat them and you may advance the story.
Beware:
THEY ARE REALLY DIFFICULT TO KILL, and can one shot you if you let them back stab you. Be prepared for these fights.
Cyjack: I have this same issue on this quest. I completed the first part of the quest and am back outside with the two merchants, at which point I go back into the asylum to speak to the ghost. But when the ceiling over that room collapses and I jump down, I see the wraith's body on the floor, and I cannot speak to him to complete the quest. It's almost like the falling rubble from the ceiling "killed" the ghost.
Furthermore, reloading earlier saves doesnt seem to fix the problem, as it happens every time. I know I was able to speak to the ghost once, resulting in a battle, but after he killed me and I reloaded, the bug happens in all my saves, even the ones prior to the merchant dialog.
I did notice once where he got stuck in a wall, but I was able to make him come out when I talked to him. Note that the body on the floor is *NOT* the ghost, but rather his real body. The Ghost will be wondering around that room, or standing over his corpse.
