soulfire12: Thanks for the reply and sorry for the late post. I did not touch my computer for close to 18 hours, first thing i did when i turned it on was to try and play and the game, but lo and behold it freezes again, at that same cut scene. So i doubt it is my gfx overheating. Is there any diagnostic program i can run on my system or on the game that might give u as to why this is happening[g clue why?
tommy5761: There is a program that`s simple to use to test your video "card" .
MSI Afterburner comes with a builtin diagnostic to test your card as well as over and under clock .
I have under clocked it, overclocked it..nothing helps..i freeze at that point., it is like clock work. maybe there is something wrong with the game files, ( on a good note- the game loaded in about 3 seconds when i overclocked my gfx card -which is still not up to par with a normal gtx260m, i don't know why asus under clocked so much.
P.S: is 85*C normal when i play the witcher2? -gfx card temp
