etb: do those ports work in Linux?
You'll need to look through each website to know for sure.
The JonoF's Shadow Warrior Port (JFSW) says on it's page:
"Native Windows and Linux port using my Build engine port."
I've played Quake on Linux with Dark Places before.
GZDoom supposedly can be played in Linux, but you'll need to compile it for your version of Linux (I've never been able to compile anything successfully, but that's me).

Proasm
http://www.proasm.com/sw/swp.html I don't have Redneck Rampage or Shadow Warrior, so I don't know how well those source ports work. As always, I recommend scanning anything you download with the Virus Total website:

ryuhei64: Thanks!!
The Redneck Rampage mod works great, and the Proasm mod for Shadow Warrior too, lots of graphical enhancements like eduke32. I still have to discover how to make the expansions for SW work.
By the way, is there any possibility for the Hexen games to appear on gog? :)
I'm not sure who owns the rights to Heretic, Hexen, and Hexen 2 or if / when they'll come to GOG. I do know that GZDoom works with Heretic and Hexen though and there's a source port of Hexen 2 called Hammer of Thyrion.
