Luntenfleisch: In a GTA, at least you decide yourself whether or not you kill innocents, this game lets you no choice and actually encourages you to masacre people. What is fun about going postal in a kindergarten?
Meh.
Have you ever played any GTA through to the end? I own all PC versions up to San Andreas, the 360 version of IV, and have played all of the handheld ones. The ability to avoid killing innocents is practically non-existent. Many of the essential missions require you to kill a certain number of people before you can progress in the story.
As for the going postal in a kindergarten comment, as far as I know, and I have researched these games extensively, there are no children in either game and no schools accessable other than in mods some sickos make. You could make those mods with GTA, Spore, Fable, Oblivion, Half-Life, Starcraft, WoW, and practically any other game.
All postal does is provide mindless entertainment and, as the developers say for Postal 2, "Remember... it's only as violent as you are!" I know people who have played through Postal 2 without killing or even attempting to injure anyone. While I personally am not a fan of Postal 1, I will not stop people from or try to persuade them not to acquire it, I will merely state my opinion and leave the decision up to them. I am, however, interested in Postal 2.
Just thought I'd get some info out with my opinion. I will stand by everything in this post, or, if I deem you not worth my time, I will ignore you.
Thank you to all on this and other forums who have kept their posts respectful, stating only factual information and opinions, and not loaded with hateful spite.
