zhare86: I just started the game up, and am having an issue with the audio popping and sounding very static-y
Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, are there any fixes?
DarthDaedric: What you are describing is pretty much exactly what DPC is like.
What OS? If Windows 10, creator's update?
Run LatencyMon or a tool like it.

This is the first game which I've heard this issue. I figured it might just be an audio anomaly in this new version, but it is pretty jarring. I do not have the creator's update for windows (that i know of)
