CFM: If I remember correctly, I did this:
-- In-game, I hit the
Print Screen key on my keyboard.
-- I hit
Alt-Tab to go back to the Desktop, and opened MS-Paint.
-- I hit
Ctrl-V to paste the Print Screen into MS-Paint, and did Save.
FYI - my rig runs Windows 7 64-bit, and I only play in full-screen mode.
See attached for one of my resulting Print Screens.
Hope this helps. It's a beauty of a game for screenshot-ing!
Yup & Doing this in FullScreen Mode gets me a Black Image (as OP said) - trying various methods of screencapture via PaintShopPro X6 only thing I get in Fullscreen is either a Black Image or a Black Image with a white area (rectangle) inmidst the black...
Somehow this reminds me of taking Screenshots from Fullscreen Videos and the Problems with the various Video Rendering Methods like Overlay, VMR-7/9 or whatever else is installed/available (Hali, etc.).
So I guess the solution for fullscreen screenshots is to be found in the Driver Settings for the GFX-Adapter...
