If you're the same Thunker in the obsidian forums, you're about as patient as I am skinny... and I am not a skinny man.
If it is indeed you and you check back here first I'll say what I said there.
(If it isn't the same person, then at least I'm not repeating myself to the same person three times.)
GOG builds their own patchers/installers with the files the devs provide, so that will take time.
Add to that the fact that the patch seems to have gone out on steam at about 1 PM Eastern US time... There is a good chance they won't start working on the files until tomorrow.
Edit: I don't know when the files went out from Obsidian, just when people start posting on their forums that they were DLing the patch. They may have been sent out earlier, and then went live some time after they were sent out, so GOG could very well have already started the procedure for making the new installers. Either way, give them a day or so before you start to worry.
