Why is there DLC's when the bugs aren't corrected yet?
Then this company makes an announcement that everything is all better now. Why?
Does the developement company no experience with public communication?
"Money makes the world go round."
I guess I'll be in the minority because I can't wait for this DLC. Mostly because I love the Kineticist class

They're in denial.

You're not alone. Well, for me it's not the class, but the whole package. I'll probably even hold off playing at all until all the DLC is available (same as I do with PoE2).

Well, If they announce shaman class DLC... Shut up'n'take my money, bugfix after. Kinetic... hmm, no thanks. DOTHEBUGFIX.
Also, owlcats is a really small company with lack of non-devs in. I remember working as a developer and kind-of-a-community-manager at the same time... I sucked, cus I am a developer, not a public person.

My.com is well-known by master greedy game "allods online", not the best practice of PR too.

And, from my PoW, the game is very playable now, and team doesn't want to drop it's support.

endgame is a mess still. it's badly designed all around. it's better than it was but endgame mobs are ported wrong, casters are shafted there and it further cements physical damage meta that is already dominating over any spells, except for buffs.
their kingdom management "improvements" did nothing to fix the broken minigame as you will be severely gimped if you waste any time or mismanage anything and don't know exactly what you are doing and it still has no tooltips to speak of and master crafter system is still a mess.

also DLC "endless dungeon" is just a lazy way to patch bad design where someone didn't bother to calculate total exp to allow lvl 20 with normal play and they are going to sell this exp patch to people for cash.

Don't get me wrong I will buy the season pass when it will be up for grabs still, as I like the game, but what it really will be is a class and an exp patch for 20$ or whatever the season pass will cost.

InEffect: endgame is a mess still.
So is beginning game, when you can't heal by sleeping at the inn (until you sleep a second time) and you don't get any DLC items after the latest patch. I didn't go any further because I'm sick of the tardiness.

As perpetually frustrated as I've become with the constant brickwall of bugs in this game, I'm excited for more DLC - particularly things that enhance character creation options to play with. The Maegar and Dungeon DLCs though? Not so much.

Still, it'll be nice having enough content to hit 20 by the end of the game. I mean, who could've guessed that content-based DLCs would be announced shortly after the release of the game?

I didn't say there will be no DLC's and I didn't say it won't be possible to hit lvl20 with those. Although giving players a grind dungeon is not how I hoped it would be. And the DLC is not released yet, so getting 20 with normal play is still in the realm of fantasy as of now.

I was just giving you the business, InEffect.
Hello!
Wanted to make some things clear.
We are sorry for the number of bugs. It is our top-most priority to fix them. This is why we were releasing hotfix after hotfix. Big patch made things better, but, still, there is a lot of work ahead. Unfortunately, we are not huge studio with a huge QA and Dev team, so we can't allocate same number of resources. Again, we deeply apologize for bugs - our team is working hard on fixing them.

DLC is part of the season pass and we are obliged to release it for people, who bought game editions which include it. And this isn't something that will take resources from bug fixing, because this DLC is mainly focused on new companion and this means assets, texts and things like that. While DLC is in work, bug fixing continues.

Despite the rocky release of the game I think it's clear that you guys care and are working hard to fix things. That doesn't mean the release state of the game wasn't bad but even the fact that there is actually someone on GOG making posts is more than can be said for some devs that are 100x bigger than Owlcat. It's not at all uncommon for devs to only post on Steam for example.

Keep up the good work!
