Cartesii: 1. Is a tank (esp. for later difficulties) without armor (so monk) and high dex rly better than a pure fighter/Tower shield specialist with big shield and heavy armor?
Dex - not exactly, as there are much more ways of stacking Str in the game. Having some dex and being unarmored - yes, very much so. Pretty much all top melees use a monk dip.
Cartesii: 2. Can the monk as a single class only with fists be a decent dps in the game (early, mid and end game) ?
Not really. It's hard to compete with a Vanquisher and such. And you can cheese the vanquisher in the moment you get level 4 spells. Fists are not awful, but not great either.
Cartesii: --> 2.5. Same question for quarterstaff monk.
Bit better. Ruin is not actually bad, doesn't cost you an amulet slot and you only need 11 monk levels at most, meaning you can get mirror image somewhere to tank a whole lot better.
Cartesii: And if: Which feats will be crucible for a monk dps ?
Same as everyone else, except fist monk has to sacrifice crane style. Shatter is always good on everyone, crane is nice. Outflank is a must, ain't much left after that. Dreadful is ok, but can easily be replicated by bard8 or a support caster with dazzle, cleaving finish is not terrible, but involves a lot of opportunity cost. Seize the moment is nice if you can spare levels of inquisitor for solo tactics.
Cartesii: 3. Is it ok to deactivate the barony management early on? Or will i get less money/xp or other penalties with that?
It's better to do management from day 1. Rich get richer is what kingdom mini-game is. There is a short guide in my main thread on it. It's not hard to keep up with it and artisan items are a nice source of money over the course of the game. And some of said items are very much usable and needed.
Cartesii: Thanks in advance :)
No problem, I don't mind answering a question here and there, just ain't doing things that cost me an hour+ of my time anymore.
