Brog Teethsmasha is the teeth smashing fighter in my Storms of Zehir party.

I want to eventually make him a Weapon Master. Even though a scythe or a scimitar are probably the best choices for his weapon number-wise, I decided to go with a Falchion: it looks cool and is not a terrible choice number-wise.

I also figured it would be really cool to be able to switch builds, based on what the situation requires. For that I'd need the Monkey Grip feat, and then I'd be able to do:

(a) 2H the falchion
(b) 1H the falchion, with heavy/tower shield, depending on how defensive I want to be
(c) 1 falchion in each hand (If I pick up 2 weapon fighting feat somewhere along the line)

(That third option would probably never be better than one of the other two, except in how great it will look.)

Before playing many many hours I'd like to double check:

In terms of attack bonus, these would be:
(a) no penalty
(b) -2 penalty (monkeygrip) and another -2 if I use a tower shield (is there a feat to avoid that additional -2 ?)
(c) -4/-4 , one extra attack

In terms of damage bonus, these would be:
(a) +str mod x1.5, bonus for power attack
(b) +str mod x1.0 no bonus for power attack
(c) +str mod x1.0, no bonus for power attack, one extra attack

So, my question: are these numbers right?

Side remark: If I had to choose only one, it would probably be 1H with heavy shield, but I like the idea of being able to react to situations that require more tankiness or more teeth smashing...
is he human?

Your numbers look to me. Just one suggestion. If you use a light (or tiny) weapon for off-hand, the attack penalty will be -2/-2.

[Edit: This statement of mine is actually false. Thanks, Peter for the correction.]Also, dual-wield does not give only 1 extra attack in NWN and NWN2 like it does in BG2. You get normal attacks for both hands meaning on higher levels it may be 3-4 additional attacks. That's why I love dual-wield for my DPS characters.[End the of wrong statement]

EDIT, Correction: You can get more than 1 extra attack while dual-wielding on higher levels with extra Feats like improved two weapon fighting and so on.

TWF in NWN2 gives one extra attack, you need another feat (Improved, greater, Perfect) for each extra offhand attack. Each new feat requires higher level, all the previous feats and higher dexterity. 25 dex needed for Perfect TWF.

Penalties for Dual wielding Two Falchions with TWF and Monkey Grip.

-2 for Dual Wielding.
-2 for non light weapon in off hand
-2 for Monkey grip to wield TH weapons.

So -6 for each hand. IMO definitely Not worth it.
