witty65: I did as you said and I couldn't find graphics cards. Am I not finding it correctly, or is it possible my lap-top is outdated?

Namur: It's possible your laptop has an Integrated Graphics card, but still, it has to be listed somewhere in the device manager just the same.
Have you clicked on Graphics Cards on the device manager ?

I did a search for graphics card and came up with 'Intel(R) GMA Driver for Mobile.
But yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm looking at device manager correctly. Could you give me an example of what I should be looking for?

Namur: I think you just found it.
GMA stands for Graphics Media Accelerator, which is Intel's line of integrated graphics processors, so it looks like you have integrated graphics indeed.
Like i said, i don't know much about integrated cards, but there are some posts on the web of people having that same 'Teledahn crash' problem with integrated cards, so maybe that's the problem right there.

witty65: So is there anyway to update integrated cards? Do you think that would work? Also, I'm thinking about buying Real Myst, but given my problems with the graphics on this game, might I run into similar problems with that one?

On laptops/notebooks, i think there's no way to update the graphics card.
Have you contacted support ?
If you haven't, the first thing you should probably do is to contact them, with a description of the issue and your DxDiag, to make sure the problem really lies in your graphics card. While i'm inclined to think your graphics card might be the problem, i can't be 100% sure.
As for RealMyst, maybe you could try the demo first ?

redvelvetroses: Any luck? I just started playing and I am having the same problem. I have windows 7, Im not too sure what I need to do bc it is 7.

redvelvetroses: My best friend got it up and working fine for me just now. The problem for me seems to be windows7. Running the game in XP seems to have helped so far. I can now click on things with out it crashing =)
Heres what he had me do...
Right click the URU icon, go to properties, then compatablitiy and choose run as XP.
I hope this works for you as well.

Falci: I figured this game tends to glitch less when I play without full screen, that is, playing on a window. This apparently affected a particular area where I was having a nasty fall out of the world auto go back to relto bug.
Try configuring it to run in a window to see if it stops crashing.
