Respuesta tardía, pero según PCGamingWiki la versión Master Collection de MGS1 en Steam está disponible en español. The Master Collection version of MGS1 available on Steam has an italian localization according to PCGamingWiki.

I only see subtitles in a patch. I think the dubs were paid for by Sony exclusively for the Playstation releases and therefore Sony has them locked up in a vault somewhere deep under the Pacific never to be enjoyed again by the DRM free masses.

Nice sleuthing. Now I just have to decide if I'm going to open up Steam after years away just to buy this one game...

I don't understand why Konami is selling different SKUs that are the same product just missing dubs if they hold the rights to sell the dubs.

Only Steam has the whole Metal Gear series on PC (and if a Master Collection Vol. 2 is released it will also be on Steam). Sadly GOG only has Metal Gear and MGS1. As we know MGS2 was pulled from sale and it's probably never going to be relisted again. I got the Master Collection on Steam and it's great having the games on PC, especially MGS3. With mods they are the definitive way to play, in my opinion.

It's basically the HD remaster of Subsistence released on consoles years ago. And on PC it looks even better with mods that enable higher resolutions. It's the first time MGS3 is available on PC natively. Before people had to play it using emulators.

Si lo tenéis instalado desde Galaxy podéis pulsar en el botón de los sliders y en ejecutables adicionales pulsáis Game Configuration. Ya hay ponéis español o Spanish, pulsais Ok y ya lo podéis jugar en vuestro idioma. No se como se hace sin el Galaxy pero supongo que sera modificando algún txt que este por ahí en la carpeta del juego...quizas.

¿Te da voces en off completas en español? ¿Puedes comprobar si las voces en italiano también están disponibles en la versión GOG? Gracias.
