Actually, here...go to this site, download the 1991 & 1992 Sierra Game catalogs and read the description for the KQ1 remake yourself...Note that the triangle with the number 16 in the 1991 catalog means "MS-DOS EGA / TANDY" , where the 16 obviously means 16 colors. Here is a quote from the 1992 catalog - "Now re-illustrated in EGA for the '90's". Also note that VGA isn't mentioned anywhere in the descriptions. These catalogs are the original marketing from Sierra. The site is hosted by Ken Williams himself. If you still don't believe it, just e-mail Ken Williams and ask him.

I think under normal circumstances that would settle the argument. Still, I think dalbozofgurth has such self belief (or perhaps just a dislike of being corrected) that he/she would tell Ken Williams he's wrong.

What's funny, is early on (like his 3rd or 4th post to me about this subject, he gave me a link to a SCI website as proof that it used VGA graphics. Look at the box scan from the website HE linked to...
