Haley Berry Catwoman and Top Gun.
Catwoman came out when I was 14. It was exactly what my 14 year old mind wanted. The film does have some good points. It's beautifully shot. It's well cast and compared to how boringly serious some superhero films are it's good camp.
Top Gun is the most pandering male fantasy ever. In the a great young man shows the whole world that their rules are for losers and the only way to be a great pilot is his way. In the end everybody loves him for it, he saves the day and gets the girl. Apart from Goose dying It's the Male Twilight. A consequence free fantasy where everything revolves around
you. It's dumb but it's perfect for what it is. And it's got a bitching soundtrack!
There's probably more but those are the first two I can think of.
Cyberevil: I Love Christine, and I like some of the others, but Dude, you simply can not defend Prince of Darkness ~
It's a pile of boredom and cinema shit in every sense.
Sure you can defend Prince of Darkness :) It's well paced, has a great atmosphere, some brilliant imagery, a cool mix of fantasy and sci-fi concepts and a good balance between suspense and gore. I'd say it's one of his better films. Good Horror spends time building atmosphere. What you call boring I call patient filmmaking.
I bet you can't stand Ingmar Bergman films.
