DarrkPhoenix: which would also drive up the overall price of oil as Europe looks to buy from other sources.
Or make europeans (re)build (more) nuclear plants (Yup I know it's not as easy as it sounds)

JudasIscariot: Ahh that must be the EU version of the crown :P

Novotnus: In 1295? :)
(actually the crown was already 'opened' in times of Otton III and his early dreams of EU :))
Is that a seagull in that picture? :D

Well, I was referring to the fact that we have an opened crown now and for some people having a vassal's crown while in the EU may be a cause for concern, no? Besides, the closed one looks better :P
I'm frankly astounded at how complacent things seem to be over the Crimea defection/seizure. Part of me thinks that the flame has just been turned on and that it's taking a while for the pot to reach boil.

Sort of a fair trade if losing the crown also means ditching the depressed eyebrow. Gives the birdie a kind of downbeat Sam The Eagle vibe. ;)

Don't mistake me for an EU fan - yes, I think the crown should be closed for both symbolic and aesthetic reasons :)

catpower1980: I don't want to start a new thread but I'm really pissed off by the INVASION (yes, that's what it is, they've even put snipers on some roofs) of Obama in Brussels. I remember when Putin came two years ago, he had the decency to stay low-profile and not messing with the daily lives of the local citizens and workers (although, I nearly got run over by his ecort...).

Phc7006: Same feeling. some public transport lines suspended since 8:30 A.M. , in case of, with an arrival around 7:00 P.M.
Snipers, choppers, barbed wire in the streets. 10 millions € spent for that. As if the Shah of the Shas, Emperor supreme, was visiting one of his provinces.
We hate when he invades our cities as well. They shut down streets, flights in the local airport, and the only thing on news is the blowhard with false promises is in town. For the Obama Kiss Asses, this happens with all sitting presidents...wish they would stay out of my city.

Well, I haven't lived in the EU long enough to talk about it much, just kind of noticed a particular errr opinion or opinions about it :)

I just like cheap cigs, smoked meat and classic lightbulbs :) EU seems to hate them all :)

What's wrong with them? :)
This whole situation is a bit scary.

GOG is registered on Cyprus though so I guess it wouldn't affect them much.

No matter what's coming, not a lot of things can be worse than our current 'political elites' :)
(and by 'political elites' I mean both wings, not only those who are in power right now)

We might need change in the world but I don't think war/conflicts is the way to change things.
I will fly to Poland and defend their national treasure from the commies!
Good lord, and i thought we were uptight in the States.
