I'm looking for an old dos/win95 game that I once played as shareware but I can't for the life of me remember much about it. I think it was from the same sort of time as terminal velocity (I think they were both on a shareware disk or possibly just with different issues of the magazine). I do remember really enjoying it at the time and being a bit disapointed that it wasn't sold locally.
I can't really remember the gameplay but I'm pretty sure you played some sort of pilot (I'm not sure though). It had a story that involved some sort of conspiracy and I think the shareware version ended with your character laying on their bunk (possibly drugged) with the bad guys coming for them (but I maybe mixing this up with something else). The image I remember is of someone lying on a bed with the door to the room open and I think someone's shadow. I think it was set in the future on some alien planet or maybe mars, I can't quite recall.
If anyone can get what game this is I'd be really astonished, amazed and very thankful!
