I guess for me it's actually not so much the nudity or morals that bothers me but the gender issue. I could even take the example of the objectified soldiers: Why is it men are always portrayed (or objectified, if you want) as soldiers, fighters, tough guys while the main quality of the heroines seem to be the titties?

And for me there's a thin line between the 'objectifying' gender roles fitting a specific setting on the one hand (which I can accept if it's well done and believable) and a silent accord with them from the part of the developers on the other hand. For example, I enjoyed playing Gothic, and it was believable that it's a man's world, but the way the few females in it were portrayed (as half-naked voiceless slaves scrubbing the floor in ambiguos poses, taking a bath or lying naked in bed) made me feel quite uneasy, because it didn't seem neutral to me but exploitative of their sex, and the player is forced into the role of an accomplice and supporter of this sexist view on gender roles.

And I feel similar when I see TW2 advertised in this way, regardless of the game's sexual content itself (which I can't judge, there's a chance I wouldn't have a problem with it, if the involved women are believable characters with their own mind).

It doesn't mean to say I don't respect women though, I'm just able to differentiate between the objectification of the female form and the complexities of a real woman. I've always been completely loyal in past relationships, even so far as not watching porn or playing games like that because it feels dishounrable to me. Plus whilst I'm very old fashioned with the women I do know (gentleman), I can't help but notice the sheer quantity of glorified sex dolls walking about town drunk on a Friday night who can't seriously expect or want respect with their mannerisms and skimpy clothing that makes DOAXBV seem prude.

I think women get more pandering in game than guys have a chance to. Any RPG I remember playing, when you strip down the characters to their undies, the guys are just in their brief, but the girls have to wear bras. So while we're waiting for special calendars and the rare uncensored edition, you can just pan around your half-nekkid guy all day long in game. =P

Look, I'll be the first to admit that the cards in Witcher 1 were needless - that's it, they were unnecessary, for they bore no impact, no meaning whatsoever other than to show naked bodies. But then again - no one was forcing you to collect them, look at them, hunt them. They were just there, and if you try to gather them, it says more about you than it does the developer.

While it's good that Tallima attempts to back up his posts with sources, the source he lists is near useless, as it's from an advisor in family relationships and professor in higher Catholic education.

The issue is a sociological and psychological one, not merely a familiarity, and especially not a religious issue.
