I did, and completed it with all the endings. What would you want to know?

I did not found much sense on it. Not as a game.

Oh yeah, I played it when it was new. It was actually my first digital purchase ever.
As for the game - well, there's not much gameplay and I guess the game was far more impressive back then, before we were bombarded with zillions of these artistic indie "games" that aren't really games. It's a bit like the previous game by the same team, The Graveyard, which you can also get on Steam. The main difference is pretty much the size. Whereas The Graveyard was a really small thing with only a tiny area in The Path you have a huge forest to explore, with multiple characters at that. A forest that goes on and on.
It's really about walking aimlessly through the forest, inhaling the atmosphere and hoping that eventually you stumble upon something interesting/important. There's no challenge to it, no combat, no puzzles. Navigating the forest is pretty tough but it's not really about finishing the game as quickly as you can - you have to be patient and willing to spend a lot of time doing "nothing". The things you can/will discover have all sorts of hidden meanings, obscure messages will be displayed and the real effort is putting together all the pieces and interpreting the stuff you witness which is largely pretty abstract and surreal. If you're okay with something that's more of an "interactive experience" than a game you may enjoy it. I certainly considered it better than Dear Esther and if more people had played The Path Dear Esther would not have been such a big deal. :P

You -might- get a few hours of wandering around out of it. It's not much of a game, or a experience, so it ends up feeling like a attempt at something grander. That was my take on it anyway.
