I need more content :-(

Need good mods and maybe they will make some good DLC that doesn't add up to more than the base game.
Can't get away from god mode in this game, even on expert difficulty. My warrior dude was a god real quick due to smithing and my sneaky archer is a god now that his sneak is above 70. You can just walk right up to enemies and they don't see you.

That said, epic dragons are pretty hard.

StingingVelvet: Yeah, they're nowhere near oblivion gates on the annoyance scale. That said most oblivion gates were optional, I think you could beat Oblivion having only closed like 3 or 4. You'll fight a LOT more than 4 dragons in Skyrim.

WarZombie: This.

Dragons eventually get easier to face, but the sheer number of them is what is crazy. Especially when you're done with one particularly tough fight, only to turn around and damned dragon is ready to set your ass on fire.
I agree but i would rather face dragons than damn mudcrabs for a change. And just get far enough in the main quest to get the dragonrend shout and it will decrease danger of dragons greatly

smithing+enchanting made me godlike too. I will soon create a new pure mage without this smithing OP.

I think we can all agree Mudcrabs are annoying, lol. Dragon fights are epic, I think that's why I don't mind facing off a ton of times. My first reaction is usually "Damn, that's a Dragon", and not "Dammit, not another Dragon!" I think whenever I'm not annoyed by the possible presence of an enemy, the game is doing a good job of making them fun to fight (Which they are, Dragon fights are awesome).

One of my Oblivion mods has super-powerful spells that you unlock by collecting Oblivion gate sigil stones. So now I have to enter the gates. :'(

WarZombie: Dammit, that's a dragon, isn't it? It is a dragon. Fuck.
Pretty much.

One thing that left an impression was the following exchange (though I may not remember exactly):

Innkeeper: One of the Jarl's men came by and left this bounty letter...
Me: <reads the letter> A dragon at *location at the other end of the country*? Alright *deep breath*, I can do this.

I walk out of the inn, and immediately (ie. not even having walked down the three steps from the porch to to the ground) see a huge shadow moving fast across the ground just outside, look up, *oh, shi-*

... I mean, I'm the kind of person who gets these *oh, shi-* reactions even when playing in godmode and I really can go up against anything while nude and barehanded.

Ever think that maybe the dragon sent the note? LOL

Beakie
Had a real neat moment against a dragon just the other day.

I'm a low level orc with almost no ranged capability, just some poor ass hunting bow. So here I am cowering behind some ancient ruin of an arch while the dragon puffs fire from above.

The dragon swoops away, harassing a nearby giant. (After the newest patch, dragons are actually a match for giants and more.) Anyway, the giant is running away, not being able to fight a flying dragon. Suddenly he runs right next to me, and we're both hunkering down behind the same arch. The dragon swoops in now and then and we're just right there, not fighting but sharing the emergency.

In the end the giant got roasted but then the dragon made the error of landing right behind the arch. A nice thum and a few good swings with a battleax were enough.
This is by far the funniest thing I've seen today:

To have premarital sex is to give in to Alduin.

I had alduin for breakfast. Then after the coffee and cigaret I kinda had to go so I spent 30 minutes on the can reading the sports section of the elder's scroll.
Patch 1.3 out, which seems to indicated they've put back in the framerate mouse sensitivity scaling they removed in 1.2. If that's the case I will be SUPER irritated because I got the patch without realizing it while I was on Steam buying Bastion.
