Really? Seems awesome to me. But then I'm working with Ukraine/Russian prices through trading. That should count though right since Amazon isn't selling to us either officially :)

Yeah, Russian prices are awesome, but they are not more awesome now, than they were during last sales... ;P

Ah, perhaps true for the Paradox packages yeah. Still 40-75% currency difference on a game that's on sale for 75% is not bad either ;)

I just realized that the brothers in arms pack, which I intended to buy this sale, is actually more expensive than each game on their own. Is there some place on steam to complain on steam, or they just laugh at you if you do buy?

This is the second sale I'm hoping that thing goes on sale, I skipped it a few sales back and I've been wanting it ever since :(

I actually don't mind as much, although I don't like them taking a spot on the sales pages.

After getting one of my secondary emails spammed with deals for certain software I was using I realized that a lot of them probably have very regular sales, I'm just never aware of them. Having them on Steam and visible would probably make me buy more of them, provided they have good sales of course.

I've had it on my wishlist for a year, pretty much since I started using steam, and it has never gone for sale (that I could see) the entire time. Other than the current standard 35% or so. I've given up.

I got lucky and managed to trade it with someone who could buy it in $, it was an extra 40% cheaper over there. I recommend you try that, although this late on the GOG sales most people will already have bought whatever they wanted from here.

I can trade a Russian for it, was just hoping to stack a bigger sales percentage on it, but sadly doesn't look like it's going to happen.

I don't know. I don't like it. I think it is great that Steam makes economically less fortunate companies a good deal. I wouldn't feel good exploiting it.
