Rusty Hearts is on steam and is free to play, though it is possible that certain regions can't play it (and thus they can't see the game on steam)

Honestly I would love it if all the Perfect World MMOs made their way to Steam, at least Blacklight: Retribution.

it's been on Steam for a while. If you see "Hidden" in the Steam tasks, the game is regionally restricted for you.

It is a good feeling when I am reminded that I am an unworthy scum for some companies. Not that it hurts me somehow, I just hate this dickish behaviour.
