Rusty Hearts is on steam and is free to play, though it is possible that certain regions can't play it (and thus they can't see the game on steam)

Rusty Hears has been on steam since september. if It doesnt show up on your free to play list on steam look for the topic with all free games on steam forums and there should be link to install it. Worked for me.

Honestly I would love it if all the Perfect World MMOs made their way to Steam, at least Blacklight: Retribution.

it's been on Steam for a while. If you see "Hidden" in the Steam tasks, the game is regionally restricted for you.

It is a good feeling when I am reminded that I am an unworthy scum for some companies. Not that it hurts me somehow, I just hate this dickish behaviour.
