Frankly, I see your problem right there, at the end of your first paragraph: If you're expending energy, you're doing it wrong! This place is about relaxing and chatting with decent like-minded folk, plus the occasional primate. The only thing around here which even remotely justifies energy expenditure is one of those fancy giveaways,where people are supposed to put some effort in the entering, and you're supposed to put some effort in the judging. Even that is all meant to, ultimately, make everyone happier, so it's really a net energy gain. If you get into an argument, that's energy wasted, even if you see your points being approved and high-rated. Sometimes you need to do it all the same. We all do. But never imagine for a second that your eloquence will change the world. This is the internet, and it hasn't changed for all the decades I've been on it. Now forget this thread, forget the forum, the PMs, everything, and go play a game. Both Grimrock and Aarklash sound too cerebral, so just play some Serious Sam. Invite Munki, too - it makes for great co-op >:-)
