I disagree i think its about triumph and reaching for the stars as stupid as that sounds and sends the message that drugs are bad.

I remember seeing the chainsaw scene when I was little in the movie with Al Pacino. That ingrained into me the wisdom to stay away from drug dealers. These kids might learn something useful from the tragic tale of power and corruption.
