Elementary school kids, doing a school play of what is perhaps the least appropriate film to make a play from.
Do they even know what coke is, or they just say it like they mean Coca-Cola?
What is up with their school systems?

I disagree i think its about triumph and reaching for the stars as stupid as that sounds and sends the message that drugs are bad.

I remember seeing the chainsaw scene when I was little in the movie with Al Pacino. That ingrained into me the wisdom to stay away from drug dealers. These kids might learn something useful from the tragic tale of power and corruption.
