Is it unlikely that an athlete can push himself to the exact same level he did before 3 more times? Yes. Impossible? Not at all. Proof of cheating? Absolutely not.
... you also forgot to mention that the russian athlete managed to win just 3 of the 4 races and your latvian hero won heat 3, despite the russian starting time.

I just received a reply from bobsleigh federation of russia, sent from iphone xD
I sent them an email earlier today just saying that they cheated and everyone knows that, and this reply says:
Did we cheat in St. Moritz too?

I don't know what that is about xD I guess they had close starting times there.
