Russian interests vs. independent and official timekeeper doing it for decades. No, that's not prove. But even more unlikely then your "That is impossible and never happens" claim.

I just received a reply from bobsleigh federation of russia, sent from iphone xD
I sent them an email earlier today just saying that they cheated and everyone knows that, and this reply says:
Did we cheat in St. Moritz too?
I don't know what that is about xD I guess they had close starting times there.
