I've deciphered what I've found, but seem to be missing the final step.

it's not supposed to be easy. And those who believe themselves successful might find themselves on a discarded layer..be careful. And remember that the spine must be assembled correctly, lest the tail become the neck.

It has been a fun challenge so far, with the things I've found and the things I've found that I haven't found.

i doubt it will be solved in one day, but then again, if people knew what the prize was, they might stay up a bit late to get it.

I see the link for the Caesar Cipher, but nothing the looks like scraps or castoffs. /shrug

I remember reading once that most humans look at a scene/viewpoint from left to right, much the same way that we read and write. Police and soldiers are trained to look right to left. You would be amazed at what you can find if you dig around a bit, look at things outside your normal perspective.
