I've deciphered what I've found, but seem to be missing the final step.

it's not supposed to be easy. And those who believe themselves successful might find themselves on a discarded layer..be careful. And remember that the spine must be assembled correctly, lest the tail become the neck.

It has been a fun challenge so far, with the things I've found and the things I've found that I haven't found.

I enjoyed the couple the other night, but was upset that they were redeemed so fast, and people seemed to enjoy the search almost as much as the prize.

So, I thought about it, and it hit me in the shower this morning how to combine the best of both worlds ;)

I didn't catch those giveaways, but I look forward to seeing the answer to this one (at least I hope it will be posted once it has been solved).

For me though, it's late, so maybe someone will have it by morning. :)

i doubt it will be solved in one day, but then again, if people knew what the prize was, they might stay up a bit late to get it.

Maybe I'm slow, but I'm not even sure what it is that we're supposed to be trying decipher.

I fold for now.. I such at cracking codes if I can't find a system to it... that and I'm tired.

I see the link for the Caesar Cipher, but nothing the looks like scraps or castoffs. /shrug

I remember reading once that most humans look at a scene/viewpoint from left to right, much the same way that we read and write. Police and soldiers are trained to look right to left. You would be amazed at what you can find if you dig around a bit, look at things outside your normal perspective.
