I have double checked the code and key for working it out, if you have the code it shoud work
I wish I was smarter so I could actually do these. :/ (I think I'm pretty smart, but numbers and codes have always eluded me).
The most obvious hint for me doesn't work, and the rest of them is too wide to get the answer. I think I pause for now.
The clue is in the post announcing this days contest
yeah, but this dont help

Right so who knows the clue?

PM me if you do, if enough someone has it then I will make the clue clear and explain a bit.
Im gonna copy/paste this as it covers the answers so far:

I've noticed that you typed: Alone in the Dark 1, 2 + 3
One time is: , and the other time is: +
So I thought it could be hint to discover scrambled parts but I checked all possible combinations with 1/2 parts and 2/3 parts changed - no positive results...

Probably the only thing left is to check are combinations of changed 2/4 parts (hint in bolded text?).

BTW: Im not English native speaker and I still dont quite undestand this bolded sentence - there is no single comma, no single capital letter, no single dot in it...

the clue is in the bold sentence,

2 of the 4 parts are right

this was a kind of play on words meaning that the second 4 characters and the forth 4 characters are correct.

2 and 4 are also the answers to un-jumbling the the remaining characters.

if no-ones got it in a half hour ill put the solution up and its first come first served :-D
GOT IT!

I'm sure that would have been a lot easier if I was able to devote effort to it, rather than being at work!!

Great Job Reaver!!!
So, what was the correct code?

Characters 2&4 were transposed in sections 1&3.
Congratulations ^^
Good to know the solution, the ones I tried from my 121 combinations didn't worked =P
