It does work in canada though experiences may vary depending on your location. I played Alien Vs Predator yesterday without any issue.

Not true. That depends heavily upon the compression applied to the image. And onLive adjusts that as you play to try and give the highest possible quality.

Trust me on it, sometimes the quality is superb and other times it's not even playable. Fortunately that's not often the case and it usually adjusts soon after. If what you were saying is correct that wouldn't be the case.

EDIT: On further thought I see what you mean. What I meant was that you can't make out the details. They may or may not be there, but I can't see them. And seeing them is really the point of the person's question.

Oh, and with OnLive you just need to worry about your internet speed. Nothing more, not need to upgrade your PC every 6 months. Another great advantage to me. (if the video is 1080p and gameplay is lagless, ofcourse)
