It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Use Google Chrome.
Google Chrome (for who don't know) is a browser that combines a minimal design with sophisticated technology to make the web faster, safer, and easier.

michaelleung: IE6, IE7, and hell, even IE8 are slower than a Texan with a congenital heart defect. I was a IE7 user, and IE6 before that, and IE5 before that, for years and years, until IE7 was really fucked up and no longer displayed Flash objects at all.

Wow, you have waited so long to abandon IE? Since years, there are a lot of things that IE cannot display correctly...

Internet Explorer sucks (in my opinion).

It's fer the stupids. :D
You're very, very wrong. It does have a Next button and a DXDiag upload.
If you can't see it, it's probably because your browser isn't Web Standards compliant (Internet Explorer).
I would recommend Firefox for all the customization you can do. If you don't need a lot of potential features then I would recommend Opera. But yes Internet explorer sucks and is not safe to use. The switch between browsers is very easy and will be very familiar to you once you get use to it.

If you really want to have web faster, safer and easier, use Firefox with Flashblock plugin.
It's magic to see how incredibly fast the web can be without having to load all those annoying Flash ads...
I use Firefox 3.0.1.0 with Littlefox skin and plugin Adblock plus. I added some buttons like bookmarks that are not enabled by default.Been using it like that for years, never finding anything better.Fast, slick, reliable, good looking.

Don't worry, it's becoming more of a fact in recent years. Comparatively, Firefox is like cold, thick, smooth, creamy Irish creme going down your throat. IE is like hot beer.
Anyway Firefox is great. I use Web of Trust and NoScript plugins. These 2 babies have helped prevent me from downloading automatically dling malware from certain sites. Awesome stuff.

It's called, Sake.
Sake hardly qualifies as 'beer'. Sake is made by multiple parallel fermentation, without malt.
You had me scared there for a second, anyway.
Can I help you paraphrase?

bearcat33: GOG is one of the most user-unfriendly and unreliable websites EVER.
The page to send a Tech Support query has NO "next" button or any other way to
send the message once composed!
It also does NOT allow a user to upload a DX diag report! Insane. This STINKS.

"Hi GoG. I would like to give some feedback regarding the usability of the website with regards to the tech support page (<insert link here>)..
1) At the "tech support query" page, there is no "Next" button or any other way to send the message once I have composed it. I would like to suggest putting a "Send" button there so as to make it easier for users to send their messages to tech support.
2) The ability to submit a DXDiag report to support would also be a very welcome feature on the support page.
I feel that with these 2 additions, GoG can provide better support for their customers, providing better usability and reliability at the same time. Without these, I feel hampered when I tried to submit a query to tech support."
Same points, much nicer tone and language! A little time to compose the message can do wonders.
