I would just note, that the "loads of staff replies in pointless topics" is made by GOG employees who don't actually work in Support.
Our Support guys are too busy solving your problems so they don't have time to sit on the forums.
But this is what they're here for (forums), our community can solve the most common problems by themselves, thus saving some time of our Support staff.
