I would just note, that the "loads of staff replies in pointless topics" is made by GOG employees who don't actually work in Support.
Our Support guys are too busy solving your problems so they don't have time to sit on the forums.

But this is what they're here for (forums), our community can solve the most common problems by themselves, thus saving some time of our Support staff.

Even with goggers solving 60%+ of their own problems support still can't seem to get to some things. :\

Some things can't be got. And in general I do believe that support has been doing a much better job recently about getting back to folks since the new hires. My suspicion is that Kvnt's support reply emails are in his or her spam folder.

In defense of the support staff, every morning they have to wade through a sea of my drunk support requests asking them to fix my heart. They did solve a recent download problem for me, so that's also nice.

Maybe if 60%+ of our trolls would stop stirring shit up on the forums, the GOG guys would have less of a headache and would work better ;)

Let me rephrase that.
Maybe the emails from the GOG Support Staff are in his or her (that being the person who has a problem) spam folder.

I hope that GOG isn't spending my hard earned money on paying random people on the internet to check their spam folders. If they do. PLEASE ENROLL ME !

I didn't say all of them. Dopey, Sleepy, Bashful, and Doc are ok, its Grumpy, Troll-y, and Rape-y that worry me.

I'm very sorry about this, we reply to 90% of our cases within 24 hours but some can take a bit longer. We have recently expanded our Support staff and I'm sure that those of you who contacted us before and after March can confirm that there's a huge difference. Please keep in mind that the amount of traffic after we released The Witcher 2 impacted our department considerably.

I have found your ticket and will get back to you in a minute or two. It's true that in some cases a user may think they haven't received a reply because it went into his/her spam folder, but this time the delay is my sole responsibility. Once again, I apologize.
